From inquiry to wedding day
One on one lessons are arranged by inquiry. Tell me what you're looking for and I'll respond within 24 to 72 hours to arrange your session.
All appointments are reviewed before confirmation. Submit your request below and Ally will respond shortly. If approved, you'll receive a secure deposit link to confirm your time.

Please arrive with a clean, dry, exfoliated face. Avoid heavy moisturizers, oils, or SPF on the morning of your appointment for the best long-wear results.
A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment (only collected once Ally approves your request). Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will forfeit the $50 deposit, but no additional charge will apply.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the service total.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the service total.
Clients more than 30 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled.

Everything to do before your appointment so your makeup applies flawlessly and lasts from sunrise to last dance.
Hydration is everything. Drink plenty of water all week and keep your skincare simple and consistent. Gently exfoliate two to three days before your appointment, not the night before, so your skin has time to settle. If you wax, thread, or get facials, schedule them at least five days out.
Avoid trying any new skincare products this week. Your wedding week is not the time to discover a sensitivity.
Cleanse well and moisturize generously before bed so your skin drinks it in overnight. Get real sleep if the excitement allows it. Lay out your outfit for the morning so everything feels calm and unhurried.
Skip the late-night salty snacks and go easy on alcohol — both show up as puffiness in the morning.
Arrive with a clean, dry, exfoliated face. This is the single most important thing. No heavy moisturizers, no facial oils, and no SPF on your face that morning — they interfere with how long your makeup wears. A light, fully absorbed moisturizer is fine if your skin runs dry.
Wear a button-down or robe — anything you won't pull over your head after your makeup is done.

Totally Glammed is the makeup artistry business of Ally Crocitto, based in Staten Island, New York. This policy explains what information we collect when you use totallyglammed.com or book a service, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to this policy.
When you submit a booking request, bridal inquiry, lesson inquiry, or review, we collect the details you provide. That may include your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, the service and date you are requesting, the occasion, any notes, and any inspiration photos you choose to upload. When you pay a deposit, your payment is handled by Square, and we receive a confirmation along with a secure reference to your saved card. We never receive or store your full card number.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to schedule and confirm your appointments, to process your deposit and any charges that apply under our booking policy, to send you emails related to your appointment such as confirmations and reminders, and to improve how the service works. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
All card payments are processed by Square. Your card details are entered directly into Square's secure fields and never pass through or get stored on this website. We keep only the references Square provides so that, with your authorization, we can charge the card on file for a deposit or for a fee under our cancellation policy. Square's handling of your information is governed by Square's own privacy policy.
Your information is kept in our booking database, which is access controlled so that only Ally can view client and appointment details. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and sensitive payment data is held by Square rather than on our own systems.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, which include Square for payments, Google for calendar and email, and our website hosting and database providers. We may also share information if it is required by law or needed to protect our rights.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing totally.glammedd@gmail.com. You can also ask to stop receiving non-essential emails at any time. Some information may be kept where we need it for our records or to meet legal and financial obligations.
We keep your information for as long as we need it to manage your bookings and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of sixteen. A minor receiving services should be booked and supervised by a parent or guardian.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date shown at the top of this page.

These terms apply to appointments and services booked with Totally Glammed, the makeup artistry business of Ally Crocitto in Staten Island, New York. By requesting or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and to the booking policy below.
All appointments are requested through the website and reviewed before they are confirmed. Once your request is approved, a fifty dollar deposit secures your appointment. Your appointment is confirmed only after the deposit is paid, and the deposit is applied toward your service total.
The fifty dollar deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It holds your date and time and counts toward the balance of your service.
Cancellations made more than forty eight hours before your appointment forfeit the deposit, but no further charge applies. Cancellations made within forty eight hours of your appointment may be charged fifty percent of the service total. Same day cancellations and no-shows may be charged one hundred percent of the service total. By saving a card on file, you authorize these charges to be applied to your card in line with this policy.
Please arrive on time so we have the full appointment window. Clients who are more than thirty minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled, with the full service fee charged.
The deposit is paid online through Square when your request is approved. The remaining balance is due on the day of your service and can be paid by cash or Zelle, with Zelle preferred. The card you save at booking is kept securely on file with Square so that any charges under this policy can be applied.
Bridal and larger event bookings are arranged by inquiry rather than through the standard online calendar. These bookings may involve travel, a larger party, and a custom quote, and the specific terms are confirmed with you directly as part of your booking.
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face unless you are told otherwise, and let us know in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns so we can plan for them. Results can vary with skin type and condition, and we will always work with you to achieve the best result on the day.
Ally may photograph completed makeup for her portfolio and social media. If you would prefer that your images not be used, simply let us know and we will respect that.
Services and pricing may change over time. The pricing shown at the time you book is what applies to your appointment.

If you had told me a few years ago that I'd be doing makeup for a living, I probably wouldn't have believed you.
I've always been a creative person. Growing up as a dancer, earning my degree in Graphic Design, and spending most of my life involved in the arts, creativity has always been a huge part of who I am. Today, that creativity just happens to look a little different.
Instead of performing on a stage or designing behind a computer screen, I get to create through my hands. What started as a passion unexpectedly turned into the career of a lifetime, and now I have the privilege of doing what I love every day.
While I love the artistry behind makeup, what keeps me passionate about this career is the people. The excitement of a wedding morning, the stories shared in my chair, the friendships formed over the years, those are the things that mean the most to me.
I feel incredibly lucky that a lifelong love of creativity led me here, and I can't wait to share that passion with you.
